HON. MARION L. BELL

The East Halem United Democrats is based on the belief that East Harlem's needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our voters and volunteers have sought assistance for themselves, families or neighbors. As the elected District Leader of the club, Marion L. Bell does not receive any salary, but instead volunteers her time to be a liaison to make small but significant changes on behalf of the whole community.
